六、5 类禁忌表达(面试官最反感的回答)

❌ 禁忌 1:抱怨前导师或前机构

「My advisor was really difficult to work with and didn't support my research.」

为什么不行:面试官会想:「那你会不会也这样评价我们?」负面信号极强,无论事实如何都不要说。

❌ 禁忌 2:过度道歉

「I know this looks really bad on my CV, I'm sorry about the gap...」
